I'm Danny Brown. Every week I publish five regional editions of The Rent Hacker: San Francisco, the East Bay, the Peninsula, the South Bay, and the North Bay. Each one ranks Bay Area house-hack candidates head-to-head against putting the same money in the S&P 500.

The rules don't bend. Every pick clears the same published process: verified rents from nearby comps, jurisdiction-checked property taxes, sensitivity scenarios, and two review gates before anything ships. Thin weeks ship thin. If nothing clears the bar, the issue says so instead of padding the lineup.

And every call stays on the record. The track record lists each published pick, how long it stood, and what happened to it, including the ones that went against us. Wrong calls stay visible. That's the deal.
